Welcome to the Peinn Mor Pottery website.

Keith and Beryl Dawdry are long established artist potters, having been teachers and makers of studio ceramics for almost 50 years.

We live and work in The Old School and Schoolhouse at Pinmore (Peinn Mor) just off the A714, 4 miles south of Girvan, South Ayrshire. This is a country pottery situated in the western southern uplands just back from the sea, offering inspiration and raw materials for the potters art.

Our work draws on the world of the ancient Celts and the Gallovidian Pictish heritage of the ancient Kingdom of Carrick for inspiration, as well as influences from myths and legends across the world. The work we produce is a combination of functional and decorative stoneware ceramics.
